Safeguarding for Teaching Musicians
In any chosen setting, musicians need to be mindful of safeguarding and in keeping themselves safe.
Whether working/volunteering in a primary or secondary school, teaching as part of a charity or not- for-profit music school, or just tutoring privately , musician should always be clear on the safeguarding procedures.
Level 8 Operational Leadership and Management
MAY/JUNE 2026 individual slots between 4 and 6pm prior to completing course.
We will
•explore your progress with work-based project
•your evidence gathered and discuss your final submission
•Agree with you 2 positive areas in respect of you against the GTCS Standards for Middle Leadership and one area for further development.
This will aid you in meeting own PRD requirements and will help set you up for further work with Playback Leaning or Cor ad Cor and all other agencies including Education Scotland.
